New job and stresses that come with it haven't detailed me. I'm going to get back on track and keep heading toward healthy!

I landed a new job!!! Working out and eating well has really stepped up my energy, and that has translated to success in other areas of my life. I just got my yearly physical and my BP is great after years of being borderline hypertensive!

Less alcohol, but I was celebrating the wins with friends...

Refocused on a more strict portion control and better water intake and saw good results. It really is the little things that get the results.

My gym work has been excellent. I can tell my cardiovascular strength has really changed since this started. The added muscle mass is significantly slowing my weight loss, but I don't care... I FEEL GREAT!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The most difficult thing for me is controlling my food intake when traveling.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Moving!!! I'm able to complete a 5k without feeling I'm going to pass out! All this running is building muscle mass in my legs and almost derailed my Diet Bet, but I don't care. I feel GREAT!

Hydration, for sure.

I have really started upping my activity with the better weather. With the weight loss, I'm having to get some new clothes!

Stop using being active for justification for snacks, and poor snacks at that.

Impossible Sausage is amazing! Give it a try, and this is coming from a guy with a deep freezer full of beef and pork. TRY IT!!
