Ugh! My weight has been up this week. I thought it was sodium so tried to limit it yesterday and push fluids to flush it out, but it didn't help a whole lot. I know I just gotta push harder, but I was doing so good so it's frustrating!

I’m in the same boat; weight has been up all week. But I’ve also not been sleeping well or eating enough so I know it’s all in my control. Keep going - you are still progressing.

  • More ??… Consistency is paying off. I’ve already worn shorts in public more times than I have in years. Actually seeing muscle in my legs trumps the paleness of them 😉

  • Wrapped up week 2 of workouts… been battling a sore throat and sinus pressure (either a head cold or allergies… or Both). I’m still capable of the movement so I will still choose the movement (even if it’s HIIT ?)! 😁

Full Body HIIT. I modified the hell out of it. I have been having trouble with shoulder, elbow and wrist, PT soon.

Triple Bears done with bench.
Push up knee tucks on wall.

  • Some days I make it through the entire workout with a sweatshirt on… other days (usually leg days); I’ve learned to take it off early otherwise I’m “sweat stuck” until after 😏

  • I’m feeling really terrible about myself lately, so I’m posting for accountability and to try to get back into habits I had when I was healthier. I got in my workout, even though I used tiny weights and modified, at least I loved my body. It’s something. I threw myself a little pity party, and now I’m trying to move on with my day.

Proud of you!!! And don’t downplay your workout with extra words (modified, lighter weight, etc). YOU showed up. YOU did the work. YOU celebrate that, and don’t compare or worry that it “wasn’t enough”. Girl, you gave it what you had today and
