I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.

    We’re officially 6 days away from kicking off the 2026 Aloha Transformer on January 1 🎉

    Here’s what to know as we get closer:

    Initial Weigh-In Opens December 30
    Your first weigh-in window opens Dec 30 and is open until January 14. We recommend submitting as soon as you can to give yourself plenty of time to crush your goal.

    Bonus Accountability: Monthly StepBet Games!
    We’ll also be hosting monthly StepBet games throughout the Transformer. Each one is a 4-week game starting on the 1st of the month.

    Aloha January Steps kicks off January 1. Click here for extra motivation and movement accountability.
