Prepping for a new routine. I know that I need to be accountable for this to work. I have joined several sites to make it happen.

I could have walked more. But it is so cold outside.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I have figured out that I am strong and can do anything I put my mind to. I have done this before. Now it is time to do it again. This is Monday I am setting the goal of walking at least 2000 steps a day. Hopefully more. I am going to eat clean un processed foods and stay hydrated. Hydration is not a problem I am good with that. However, I do not like to cook for one person, so the eating thing my be a struggle. Let's get started.
