exercise finally getting on track. kinda gotten this far on diet alone, so that was a nice boost

not so much this week in particular, but I gotta keep working on consistency, rather than a couple crappy weeks followed by working my ass off to reach goals

diet really couldn’t have been better. It took til last night to see significant ketones on the test strip, but weight is flying off anyways
