What are people’s thoughts on calorie deficit vs low carb? I’ve done both in the past. Low carb for gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, it was hard. I’ve been successful with low calorie, losing 100 pounds about 2 years ago. What do others do?

Low carb has worked for me really well in the past, but the last couple of times I tried to do it, it just wasn’t possible - I don’t know if it was a lack of motivation or what, but I could not stick to it, so it didn’t work

I have read about carb cycling where you can have low carb and hi carb days which seems to be effective. You can custom how many days are of each type

    Goal: Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day for 5 days this week.
