    To keep things fun and motivating, I like to include weekly challenges as part of our game. These are completely optional, but they add an extra layer of engagement and accountability.

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge!
    💧Goal: Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day for 4 days this week.
    Any 4 days from the start of the game through Saturday evening count!

    How to Participate:
    On Friday, I’ll post a check-in thread at the top of the game feed. If you complete the challenge, simply comment on that post before the deadline:

    Deadline: Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time
    Prize: A $10 cash prize, with the prize amount increasing each week! The winner will be drawn shortly after the deadline.

I am from California. This is my fourth DietBet in a row since January 2. So far, I've won the first three. These definitely keep me on track and I am excited to continue the challenge!

New Jersey here. Water drinking helps keep me full! I have a 32oz Stanley. Ive been filling it up 3 times daily and usually have about half left on the 3rd round by end of the day. Yesterday finished all the water. Been drinking a lot of tea as well. I’ve been the yo-yo weight girl. I’m good during the week and then the weekend kills me. I gain everything I lost and then some by Monday. Just got back from a short weekend cruise on 3/24 so :flushed:!!!

Hoping this motivates me to keep control during the weekend!! :pray:
