Non-scale victory of the week!

felt more disciplined and friends all noticed the drop in pants size

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into the black t shirt with a cat on the breast that I had hidden away months ago cuz it was way too tight in the shoulders and arms.

I was not the best at logging my calories once my husband came home.
