I had a lot of stomach woes this week….the increase in protein isn’t agreeing with me but I am trying to adjust

I road my bike several times and did Pilates…my body hurts some but I had a nice massage yesterday

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t do a good job of resisting sweets - especially with 4th of July and home made strawberry pie
