Non-scale victory of the week!
This week I didn’t want to work out a couple times but I did anyways because I always regret skipping a workout.

I have worked out consistently and stuck to my meal plan without cheating!

Continue with at least 10,000 steps a day and workout 6 days next week. Also to add strength training a couple times next week, not just cardio.
