I cant believe i let my weight get to this point. I dont know how it happened so quickly. Boredom, stress, depression :(

I didn’t buy any junk food last night when I had the opportunity I went home instead

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly I could have made more of an effort. Time to stop looking for miracles and get to work. No one is going to do this elfor you.
