Non-scale victory of the week!
broke down all of the empty boxes in basement! I was finally healthy enough to do that.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I weighed in later today because I had someone over earlier to fix an electrical problem so I ate, drank and carried that to the scale. I’d like to weigh earlier to reflect my true weight loss.
