I ended the week getting more movement in which lifted my spirits
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Lordy, my eating was pretty bad. While I did eat more veggies, I also ate more crappy high fat, high calorie items. I have a snow day off of work today and probably tomorrow, so I’m going to make sure I at least get some fruits and veggies in along with the fun foods
