Non-scale victory of the week!
I started exercising! i can definitely move better this week. I have a big body so that’s hard to do Hard to fit into my mirror for my picture too!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I want to add at least one more day of exercise and my sleep is getting flipped, so I need to hit the sack sooner too.
