Hi Brandi! First, kudos to you for sticking with it! Your health is worth the effort!
Next, I'd like to suggest trying something new. It could be anything - just to break that feeling of loss/gain being a cycle. Some ideas are dying a different (healthy!) diet like paleo or Mediteranian. Or writing (or stopping writing) down food. Or starting a new exercise. You get the idea. Let me know what you think :-)
In the next game-I won't be checking here much anymore.
