Hi friends, I just joined today but have been overlapping the DietBets since July and have lost 32 of the 79 I need for my goal. According to the charts I will still be obese at a size 12! But I am happy with that goal. I am 4'11" and I was suffocating. I am too small to be that big. I am 66 with psoriatic and osteoarthritis and bone on bone with both knees. I belong to the YMCA and do pool workouts twice a week plus night-owl gym visits in between. Between weight loss and training for replacement surgery next year, the knees have been feeling better so I got cocky and climbed onto the stairmaster last night. Mistake!!! I am icing today and will still do my weights and pedaling tonight.
