Non-scale victory of the week!

Thinking of getting McDonald’s to celebrate the end of a work week. I stopped and asked myself if I’m hungry .. I wasn’t so I told myself I can go home to air dry some wedges if I really wanted some fries

space the walks through out the day instead of going for one really long one at the end of day
