I tell myself when I go on vacation instead of eating as much junk as I usually do I’ll cut it back 40% and often times won’t even notice a difference because I’m so busy. It really helps! I go on vacation next month so I really feel this!! Hoping to get back down to the weight I was in my profile picture by January. We both got this!

I was sick for 2 weeks. Made it real tough this challenge But told myself I've got this and if I don't make it it's okay and if I do great job

For me i’ve been tracking everything I do my macros, making sure that I don’t skip my meals that really help because you can actually tell if you’re eating I mean skipping a bunch of meals does not help you’re just gonna lose muscle and not be healthy so not to be scared of food, but also I prep my meals at least three times a weekand we are boy eating outside. We do eat outside maybe once a week also making sure that it’s within my macros.

I usually eat frozen fruit with yogurt. My fiancé will let his fruit thaw out for 20 minutes prior to eating it (so the time it takes to eat dinner usually). I absolutely love doing this and will mix it up with peanut butter or honey or even melted chocolate chips depending on the day (or sometimes just the fruit by itself).
