1. Health: I’m finally close to being over this silly sinus infection! which means I I can move more with less snot! 2. Food: After going shopping at Costco and picking up some snacks, I bagged up individual serving sizes so i could guarantee i was not over estimating the serving size or just mindlessly munching. 3. Exercise- a bit non traditional, but definitely heavy work load, I weed eated blackberries and cleaned out junk, tools, 50 gallon drums, debris in a sheltered area where I will be moving my goats. Took about 4hrs!
