Non-scale victory of the week!

I became gluten free this week to help me with my SIBO and IBD. It hasn't helped my pain yet but it makes me feel cleaner and healthier.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made salmon, spinach and rice for dinner as well edamame pasta and broccoli a different night! Was overall healthy. One binge night at Lazy Dog cafe
