Non-scale victory of the week!
I resisted “movie theatre food” by ordering a salad at the theatre and sneaking in hard boiled eggs, lesser evil popcorn, and Atkins gummy bears

I think yesterday (Friday) meals could have been better and my weigh-in this morning would have been lower.
