Being able to avoid foods with sugar. Also, setting aside meals for the freezer for easy cooking when I'm tired but still want something healthy.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have been more diligent about exercising. I haven't been sleeping well, which makes my energy much lower, so I've really been having to use a lot of willpower to get moving outside.
