No sugar, no eating out, no fried foods, no Mt. Dew, no Sonic Sweet Tea, and replaced it with home-cooked, portion-controlled foods I really love! High protein, low carb with a 1200 cal ceiling, and 100 ounces of water each day. Since December 30 I have lost 21 pounds and so I decided maybe it would be fun to join a community and watch other people do the same thing to keep my motivation strong…
