  • Sharing a few of the NSVs I’ve had in the past month, I’m so excited! Since I’ve been taking care of myself, so many good things have happened. Some of the biggest, my mood is way better so I was able to stop taking antidepressants. AND I’m sleeping better and was able to go off the medication I took to help me sleep, after having years of insomnia. Thx everyone for helping to keep me motivated!

I've been a diabetic and morbidly obese for almost 20 years. Today, the doctor told me I lost enough weight to where I now need to make sure I ADD CARBs to each of my meals and STOP taking insulin.

I’m new here. I decided in 2025 just to do things in a different way…more than I have ever done before. Since Dec. 30th…
No sugar, no eating out, no fried foods, no Mt. Dew, no Sonic Sweet Tea, and replaced it with home-cooked, portion-controlled foods I really love! High protein, low carb with a 1200 cal ceiling, and 100 ounces of water each day. Since December 30 I have lost 21 pounds and so I decided maybe it would be fun to join a community and watch other people do the same thing to keep my motivation strong…
And a few extra bucks, if I make my goal, never won’t either, right?

Hello. Anyone who prays to God, I'm hoping you'll pray for my family. We are moving in less than three weeks. Yet, after exhaustive searching we still don't have a place to land. This is due to low(ish) income, and the fact that I have five children (people seem to not want large families with lots of kids renting in their properties, which I kind of understand, but was still surprised by). Will you please pray for us. 🙏 I lost my first 2 pounds this Dietbet, small victory. Praise God. Stress factor is through the roof. Thanks so much. The power of prayer is so real.

  • Completed my first half marathon yesterday! 🎉 along with a 7K on Saturday! Woo hooo!!! But…long runs don’t exactly align with weigh loss goals, cause I’m always so hungry after! I ate all the things yesterday. But my weight wasn’t up too much this morning, and I’m jumping right back into it! Water water water for hydration today, and drinking a protein coffee for breakfast.

  • Breakfast is the Chocolate Creme Roll recipe from her book but instead of Chocolate I use pb powder. So delicious. With some more ffc of fruit. So satisfying and filling!

I was worried it would be hard the first time I made it but now I feel like it's super easy and I usually wake up, turn on the oven, blend the bananas and eggs mixture, put it on the pan and then start my workout while that bakes. So it doesn't really take up too much time either.

I've been using a large cookie sheet sized baking sheet that has a small lip.
