My NSV has being resisting all of the chips and popcorn have being eating

Not cheated last Saturday by eating triple carb allowance for the day

My NSV is that I am now fitting into my size 14 jeans from my size 18 when I started my fitness journey on June 18th and I have also lost 20pounds as of today

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I probably could have exercised more. I couldn't exercise some days due to being overly busy..but shouldn't be an excuse
