Congrats! I’m sure you will at least maintain if you don’t continue to lose. You’ve been doing a great job.
It looks like I probably wont hit my goal for this game. I have been losing but not fast enough. Another 4.8 lbs to lose is a hefty goal for me with only 2 weeks left. I’ll keep trying but it looks unlikely.

  • Pretty happy with these stats! Only didn't hit my calorie output goal 2 days this month. (One of the three that isn't showing as hitting was a day my Fitbit died while out on a hike.)

    I'm not strictly counting calories, but I do have s kitchen scale and I'm doing mental math every day to be in at least a 500 calorie deficit most days.

Three week check-in! How's everybody doing?

This is my first longer DietBet. Usually I did the monthlong ones and I couldn't lose the weight in time, despite all my efforts.

This longer time is much better and I'm hitting my milestones for the October 14 end date!

I’m glad we have the extra time because the last week and a half were a challenge for me. In the shorter games I’d feel like it was over. Now I still have hope! Hope you had a great weekend!

I’m on track so far and it looks like I should meet my goal by the end of the game.
I too struggle with the 4 week challenges so I’m happy to have the 8 week games available.

  • My day had the best of both worlds ?

    I did a 45 minute HIIT workout and burned around 600 calories according to my Fitbit.

    And then I made this beauty for dinner (I had seconds 😬)

Hello everyone! Since this is a small group, I'm hoping we can all help keep each other accountable.

I'm Missy! I'm in my mid-thirties, and I'm a mom of 1. In October I'm celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversary, and we're taking a trip to the beach with a bunch of friends. I'm using this DietBet to help me get my body into motion and feel fantastic celebrating a decade of marriage!
