Hopefully you can get some activity in! I feel like I’m more active away from my usual routine. You can check out online menus for the restaurants you go to so you can pre-plan too!

Over Christmas I stopped at the store and bought a bag of seedless mini bell peppers to eat on the road trip and any time I needed a veggie boost. Wondering if there’s one you like that you could get? I kinda felt like a weirdo but no regrets!

It’s happening!! I’m down 3 lbs so far. It may not seem like a lot, but to me it is amazing to finally be seeing progress. I think switching the timing and type of carbs I am eating is making all the difference! ❤

Way to go! I pretty much eliminated all sugars out of my diet, and I limit my carbs to about 50 carbs per day, and I’m finally seeing some results

  • Woke up to weight loss! Inspired to keep going and working on my mindset. 5 pounds to go…can I do it?! Ugh. Got in my extra credit workout, 2 bottles of water already down. 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, cheese, extra credit veggies, whole grain high fiber and protein English muffin, tea, water, supplements, and low sugar ketchup, cheese, and butter has accessories! Let’s get it, Wednesday!

Last week I thought about quitting, I had gained like 5 pounds on my period, then I weighed in today for progress checkin and I was pleased to see that actually it was all water weight and I'd lost more than two pounds. Scales are tricky like that so my other win is that I started a couch to 5k program on Monday! I want to be able to fully jog a 5k with my coworkers at our work retreat at the end of February.

Instant Pot is my new friend! I think it'll make eating healthier easier because I just put all the ingredients in the pot and press a button. Now to get snacking under control...I love tortilla and kettle chips.
