I can't see the pics but your descriptions sound yummy!! I might even try some of these. I love Greek Salad!! Do you make is fresh every time or do you make a big bowl and eat off of that. Just wondering how long it would stay fresh. Good Luck!!

I'm sorry to hear that :( I like it most when it is fresh, but it can stay up to three nights in fridge :) The second day it is okay, but the third/fourth day the vegetable can get a bit squishy. I usually store it in bigger bowl covered with plastic foil and I try to eat it ASAP, usually with my boyfriend who loves the salad too :) Thank you, good luck to you too! :)
