How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I had lithotripsy on Feb 14th. Ended up bleeding so much I had to be hospitalized for 5 days and I have spent the last week at home recovering from the sleep deprivation and dehydration I experienced at the hospital. I haven't even thought about this app or any kind of weight loss until tonight. Looks like I'll once again meet my goal thanks to being sick. All I really want to say is that I am so happy to still be alive and have a body and I am not even mad at myself for being fat anymore.

Oh my gosh, that sounds so awful! I'm so sorry you've been unwell. I suffer with chronic illness myself and absolutely hate my body sometimes but at other times I feel it has been a blessing in disguise in some ways because of how it can really change your perspective and priorities. I hope you feel better soon and good luck with your game!

Starlight I couldn't agree more with this! Shifting my thoughts to eating healthy food because my body deserves to be looked after instead of restricting foods because it deserves to be punished made a huge difference for me! I guess it's the difference between I "have to" or I "want to".
