I had some medical issues in February and I am feeling 100% better! Unfortunately, feeling better also comes with an increased appetite. We just moved into our first home and we were too lazy/tired to cook or even unpack dishes so we were eating fast food. I had already met my goal weight, but I gained back like 7 pounds in a very short time. I panicked and was so heartbroken thinking I never wanted to be in the 200 club again. So I went back to intermittent fasting and got back down! Thank goodness.
