How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Talk to me about yogurt…. I haven’t eaten yogurt since I was a kid. I don’t usually eat breakfast either….

Trying to build better habits. Was considering yogurt with fruit and granola or nuts as a daily breakfast or snack.

How sweet can I go before it has to be called a dessert? I do think I need a tiny bit of sweetness to help me get transitioned though…. Are the noosa’s too much sugar? Was also looking at Fage or other Greek style yogurts as options.

Thoughts?

I do a strawberry Greek yogurt - just store brand - with some granola in the summer - I haven't found it as enticing in the cold winter. I work with a wellness coach who is very pro-breakfast and "getting your engine running with some fuel" so it surprised me that he was very on board with something over nothing. I always felt I had to be super strict with picking something unflavored and with no added sugar. Sure, that's great if you can find the best option that you still enjoy, but just because something has sugar doesn't take away from the great protein, cultures, or jumpstarting your metabolism for the day. I found I needed to do the thing I enjoy and will stick with and stop being the food police and afraid of making just the small changes. :purple_heart:

Add chopped dates for sweetness. Then back off slowly. It works!
