  • I did great over Thanksgiving (lost weight) then did pretty well over Chirstmas. I am happy with my activity level during that time and mostly with my eating. I ate something (not sure what) that cause excess water retention and inflammation. That was an immediate weight spike. Half of that water weight is gone now and I'm looking forward to it going over the next week.

    A big goal for the next 6 months is to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle while continuing to lose fat. I'm over 55 and want to gain strength for longevity. Anyone have any great online workouts for people who used to workout but need to rebuild slowly?

    I did already get a great walk and a bunch of water in! Happy New Year, everyone!!!

Thanks, Sarah and Miking Syl, I subscribed to both of those today. Later today I am scheduling workouts from the channels everyone has recommended for next week! I'll post after workouts and let everyone know what I have done.
