Oh no. I just realized I won't be in town to do my weigh in for Feb 1st and 2nd. I don't want to miss it since I know I'll miss a portion of my earning. What can I do about that? Where I am going there is no full size mirror or scale. Is there any way I could do it a day before or after that weekend?

  • Thanks for the workout suggestions. I started with this one form Allyfitatl. It was a great "get back at it workout" for this me. I did it without weights but will use them next time. It got my heart rate up a little but not crazy. I haven't worked out hard since covid. I definately lost a lot of muscle. I'm saving this workout for days when I can't get out to walk.   • I did great over Thanksgiving (lost weight) then did pretty well over Chirstmas. I am happy with my activity level during that time and mostly with my eating. I ate something (not sure what) that cause excess water retention and inflammation. That was an immediate weight spike. Half of that water weight is gone now and I'm looking forward to it going over the next week.

    A big goal for the next 6 months is to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle while continuing to lose fat. I'm over 55 and want to gain strength for longevity. Anyone have any great online workouts for people who used to workout but need to rebuild slowly?

    I did already get a great walk and a bunch of water in! Happy New Year, everyone!!!
