How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Who else does a cheat day once a week?

Pros?
Cons?

I do it because I'm on track, actually quite a bit over my goal. And I want to eat everything. Lol.

I agree with pretty much everyone. I see all of us making a lifestyle change, so we aren't "dieting" per se...so nothing should be off limits, but that being said, there are good food choices and bad food choices. So there really aren't cheat days or meals, just choices you adjust your daily plan to accommodate.

I love all the input I found here, I'd reply individually, but I gotta go to work haha. I do think reward day is better than cheat day for sure. And I think it's important for me because I'm a very black and white person there is no grey area. So these days I eat more feel freeing. Like finding the grey area finally.

Plus, I noticed i got full so fast I couldn't eat like I used to. I hope my stomach stays smaller. I tend to regain weight after I reach my goals. I hope not this time.
