I lost the last round due to not paying attention to the date and opening the app the day after finalizing. And was .2 over. But I could have made that goal had I been you know, paying attention. But I got all pissy about it and disappeared for another 2 weeks and ate. Luckily, im not way far off the goal. I can do it. I have been eating good for 4 days.

Anyone else here just straight up addicted to food? I swear this is a disease of some sort. I find reasons to over eat. And even though im way down from my highest ~265 ish (185.6 today) I can EAT. Like alot. Its gotta be some mental health thing and I just dont get it. And I know this is going to be a life long battle to keep my weight down.

Amazing! I know the problem myself very well. In this game I came from 282lbs (highest ever: 300) to 266 today. It always goes up and down and food keeps calling me all the time. I even tried mounjaro for a while, not much of a difference to me.
It's a daily fight...
Congrats on your weight-loss!

Well crud I kinda left the app for a while and thought I had till the end of the month. Uh. What now? I dont want to throw in the towel over losing a round. Especially since im like .2 lbs over the goal. I could go to the bathroom and run for a bit and lose that. So blah.

How much $ did I lose on?

Lost a lot of weight before my wedding last halloween. Gained back ~30 lbs since. Yikes. Not intentionally doing this yoyo thing..food is a terrible addiction to me. I cant seem to get it right. I either am eating like 100% right and tracked in an app or im eating uncontrollably until im going to pop then eat more.

Thank you!

You can do it! I have done the same thing. I am now trying my hardest to be moderate in all. If I go all in, that isn't sustainable and I mess up big time, but if I go slowly and make small changes over time, it is easier to maintain. I try to keep the mindset that this is how I am going to live the rest of my life, not just until I hit my goal weight, so I can have a little of the yummy things as long as most of my intake is the healthy things. I have even found some healthy things that I love so much more than the sugar treats, like homemade nut granola over protein yogurt. It is yummier to me than ice cream. A healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint. Small changes over time add up big time in the end, and are a lot more sustainable. I believe in you!
