  • This is pretty much what I eat every week. My diet has been helping me shed pounds like crazy. I also like to add broccoli and cheddar soup, and I rotate between that and steak—the weight is just falling off.

    I’ve completely cut out sweets—no added sugar at all. I still eat rye bread, like the one in the picture with the avocados, but sweets are entirely out of my diet.

  • I also have salad too with the cheese of my choice. If you look at both pictures I season my salad and my steak with the same seasoning and that's what most people don't do. Lot of people don't like to eat that green stuff but if you season it like you season your meat and you put some good food in it or some. Yeah some like nuts blueberries. It'll be amazing
