For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Made it with just .3# to spare. Too close for comfort but happy that I made it. Going to give up alcohol this month and see if that makes a difference. I don’t drink much, maybe 5 or so drinks a week, but those calories add up and I don’t need any extra calories right now! I figure 5 drinks a week so 20ish a month has got to add up to a pound or two at least. We shall see! How is everyone else doing? What are your plans for this round?

In the same boat. Yes, those calories add up quick! Also the way our body burns alcohol has an impact as well. It will prioritize burning alcohol over fat so 5 drinks during the week our bodies spend the whole week during that instead of fat.

I had to do a lot to make it with only .2 to spare. Going to try to maintain some of the habits I did this week to just make it.
