For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Been at a standstill since the last weigh-in, but honestly it feels like a good thing since it’s letting my body adjust. Still freaked out a little today when I realized I have to lose two pounds by the next check-in, so I needed to motivate myself and looked at a side by side from the start until the last weigh-in. Even if I don’t feel like progress is happening daily, it is happening.

    Let’s keep showing up for ourselves, choosing movement, fueling with good food, and not beating ourselves up on the days we enjoy rest or a treat. We’re in this for the long run. Let’s keep going strong towards a healthy, happy, and energized summer.

You can lose this weight. It starts with a choice. Put your mind to it and cut the carbs. Keep it simple: eggs, salad, and one good source of protein.

If you’re able to exercise, aim for 20,000 steps a day. Here's how I get mine in: I go to the pool twice a day and run in the water as fast and as long as I can. It burns a lot of calories and it’s easier on the joints too.
