For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I was doing the diet thing only until was stuck at last month's weight.

I’m glad for you that this is helping you meet your weight loss goals. I have a serious question- how do you get the nutrients our body needs from greens, vegetables and fruit? It’s hard for me to think a physician would recommend this type of diet but most are not trained on nutrition like a registered dietitian. This is not meant to be judgmental but I am genuinely curious.
