@laurenc - yes, doing pilates on the Peloton app, I just get it up on the TV. Aditi is amazing!

Yes I need to commit too, I am similar to you Lauren - sticking to 2 meals in my eating window, they need to at least be "good" meals and as many "optimal" as possible... And NO MORE CHEATS outside my eating window, they are always unhealthy and I had one cheat on my birthday a few weeks ago and that started the occasional cheat cycle for me.... I need to stop that!!

I just got one of the walking pads for my desk at work! I don’t use it long ever. Like 10 mins but multiple times a day. I work 14-18 hours a day at two different jobs (trying to buy a house…) and wasn’t getting ANY exercise in so I consider it a win

Yesterday was a hectic day for me but I got my post work 45 min jog on treadmill done then had errands and dinner to make. I had no desire to do my 30 min strength training workout (which I do every other day) and was preparing for bed at 9pm when I decided last minute to do it. I am so glad I did. It’s moments like this, when I put my health first instead of what’s comfortable, that I feel so proud of myself.

One of the best moments in the weight loss journey is when you make a change in the second number in your weight. It doesn’t happen as fast as the third number so it feels like a huge accomplishment. My goal is to change it 2 more times before the end of this challenge. Good luck to everyone.

Dropping down that second number is huge! Going from 200 to 199 was huge too! I feel like I lose sight of the big picture because when I don't excited for each lbs.
