How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am in so many games that I have 17 scheduled weigh-in goals at this point. I track it all in spreadsheet (both for weights and $) and recently added a feature where I update my current weight and it shows the goal in green if I'm there or red if I'm not as well as the number of pounds above or below. And how many days away it is.

These goals vary from 8 days away (next weigh in for this game, and green) to 136 days and of course more than half are in the red right now but I love seeing the progress.

Does anyone else love crunching numbers? :)

It definitely helps me stick to my plan and it also helps me feel better about not yet being at goals when it's really easy to see that they are still a ways away.
Even though I'm in a lot of games, for whatever reason, they've ended up being front-loaded into weigh-ins all in the first half of the month. So once it was mid-May, my next ones weren't til June and it felt stressful to not be at them all yet. But then I added in the pounds-away and days-til and it helped me relax and realize there was plenty of time to get there at my healthy pace!
