I love Carolyn Girvan. She has free video workout series on Youtube. It’s strength training you can do from home with minimum equipment.

Just started Dan John’s Armor Building Complex (ABC). It’s a 2-kettlebell complex that is sets of 2 cleans, 1 overhead press, and 3 squats - every minute on the minute (EMOM). Super simple, quick, and gets your ticker going. I started with just 5 minutes - planning to slowly increase to 15-20min, but that would still be a total body workout in <25min.
