  • Whey protein scoop (just w/ water) for breakfast and a big a** salad w/ tons of protein for lunch. Trying to build a little muscle while losing the fat this month.

Any dressing??? Salad looks wonderful

@Healthier Protein powder is Gold Standard Whey "Extreme Milk Chocolate" flavor by Optimum Nutrition.

@David Salad dressing is mixed in - something from Trader Joe's, but I'm not near my kitchen now so I can't remember it. I know it has seed oils which I don't like, but it's tasty! I may try going with basic olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make it even healthier, but I think the salad dressing is a small sin at this point.
