What is everyone’s favorite healthy lunch’s or any meal..
I meal prep on the weekend and looking to find some inspiration!! I try and stay protein forward but any favorites I would love to hear

My standard is a homemade burrito bowl (no rice):

* Chipotle-style chicken (seasoned chicken thighs, chopped)
* Black beans
* Salsa
* Shredded cheese
* Cottage cheese (instead of sour cream)
