  • Today’s meals! I had some delicious food and was able to stay under my calories!

    Breakfast: Keto toast with an egg, a little bit of mayo, a sprinkle of cheese, and some bacon on the side as well as a coffee. 478 calories
    Lunch: Premade chicken salad cup and 2 servings of the pretzel chips. 650 calories
    Dinner: Rice and ground turkey with a garlic pasta sauce in a romaine lettuce wrap. 606 calories
    Snacks: A caramel apple lollipop, a glass of raspberry lemonade, a handful of grapes, and a few bites of leftover steak from my weeks meal prep. 284 calories
