How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve made some pretty terrible choices over the past week, pretty sure the few days left is not enough time to reverse the damage and win. Everything has just been sooo stressful and so crazy cold. Disappointed in myself for falling into eating as stress relief. Always makes me feel better…until it doesn’t. Just a vicious cycle of mine, I hate it but can’t seem to conquer it.

This is really a struggle I have as well. That’s why it’s so important that we have an accountability group and plan that keeps you moving forward. Just because we don’t do things perfectly doesn’t mean we can’t make progress. Own it, learn to set yourself up for success and get back on track with us!

You are not alone!! The ONLY thing I’ve found that helps with this is to physically remove myself from the food. I’ve been staying upstairs after supper/my kids bedtime and haven’t binged one time this month because there’s no food up there!! I hope you find something that works for you because I know that feeling so well :pensive:
