  • It’s Workout Wednesday!

    Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! I prefer working out at home - either using my walking pad or finding a workout on YouTube (there are TONS to choose from!)

    What are you up to today? Can you do anything different to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?

I have a Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning yoga class that started last week, and when the weather is nice I take a short hike afterwards. It’s such a great way to start your day, and I know I feel much better after spending some time outdoors. I went this morning even though it’s freezing here, and still dark when I leave :).
