I have done great. Committed to water and fruit/vegetable intake. FOOD PORTIONS!!!! Watching portions and NO FOOD PAST 5 PM are huge. Have been a huge benefit. I need to stick to those core tactics, and I should be great.....but a big tub of ice cream at midnight is very tempting. :grimacing: Holding strong. :muscle: My dog is getting tired of all the walk. Lol

I'm doing very well on my nutrition water and exercise but I need to work I'm getting my meals in earlier on the day. I've changed my work schedule and now find myself eating my last meal at 7:00 p.m. and then going to bed at 8:30. I'm going to work I'm eating earlier so I'm not eating and then going to bed
