  • Started my Wednesday with an early morning sweat session before the sun even came up! One way I get up early is to set out my clothes the night before, and my phone across the room with my alarm set so I have to physically get out of bed, stop scrolling at night to sleep, and i can go without thinking about what im about to do! I just booked my flight to visit my son in San Francisco in May. I can't wait to show him the healthier version of myself. Love the fitness challenge this week as I need to get in shape to walk all the hills of SF with him. Let's do this!

It's the weekend but staying strong in my determination to be healthy! Got my exercise and water in. Went out with friends to Spaghetti Factory but I ate before we went. I just enjoyed the company. Nothing tastes as good as it feels to be healthy 😀

  • Tried a new recipe that I keep seeing on the Internet, grilled chicken, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, ranch seasoning, cottage cheese and cheese. Turns out I still don't like cottage cheese.
