I’m down 5.3 pounds in two weeks! Feeling confident and looking forward to getting closer to my goal each day. Today I’m feeling bored and keep snacking, though. I work from home and it’s tough not to graze. I kept it to yogurt, fruit, and a sugar free hot cocoa. I’m going to make sure I get plenty of sleep tonight so I’m less likely to snack all day tomorrow. :)
