What is everyone doing today for fitness? I’m going to walk on my treadmill with my weighted vest for 30 minutes and do some lifting with weights afterwards.

I already planned on treadmilling - thanks for the reminder to wear my weighted vest! I wore my ankle weights while vacuuming earlier for a little boost!

I ran a 4-mile trail race at 8am followed by a New Year’s Day 5k at noon and then two small walks with my puppy.

  • Lunch : chicken breast , salad and bread
    Dinner : top sirloin roast made into steak , air fried fries and zucchini.
    I wanted to go on my treadmill but my back hurts to much .

Oh I’m sorry to hear that! I’ve done a lot of work to help with my back pain. Not that it ever goes away but get stronger helps!

Thanks diona , can you give me a few examples please . I do yoga that helps me
