    Weekends are a great time to add in healthy activities that you may not have time for during the week. Whatever your weekend looks like, make it a great one and plan ahead so you'll stay on track.

    Some ideas to nourish you - mind, body, and soul:

    -Discover a new workout video
    -Turn up the music and dance like no one's watching
    -Create a fitness challenge for yourself and complete it both Saturday and Sunday
    -Step into the kitchen and create a recipe with healthy foods you already have (hint, use Google for inspiration)
    -Journal (if you're not sure what to write, start by listing 3 things you are grateful for)
    -Read a book
    -Watch something that makes you laugh!
    -Learn something new

    And always remember to drink your water!

The scale is not moving but I am sticking to exercise and my healthy eating plan. Even though there was my favorite pizza at work today and went out to eat at Old spaghetti factory today. ( I did not eat any pizza and had a salad with no dressing at OSF). Hoping it will pay off. Let's do this!

I’m down 5.3 pounds in two weeks! Feeling confident and looking forward to getting closer to my goal each day. Today I’m feeling bored and keep snacking, though. I work from home and it’s tough not to graze. I kept it to yogurt, fruit, and a sugar free hot cocoa. I’m going to make sure I get plenty of sleep tonight so I’m less likely to snack all day tomorrow. :)

I really started this diet journey on 1/2/25. I Joined this group on 1/17. I heard they call the 2nd Friday of January quitters day. I made it past that but on the struggle bus today. I didn’t prep food and I don’t really want to cook. Grazing today with food choices from my Whole30 diet so hoping for the best to get through today!
