Heading into the home stretch! Hopefully everyone’s still on track. After busting ass and being disciplined with food choices for the past few weeks, I was lucky enough to hit goal on Saturday morning (albeit an unofficial weigh in). I was really hustling to get there since we had Disney on ice for my daughter which meant lots of pics lol (I had told myself I couldn’t cut my hair or shave until I lost the weight so I was looking rough, I know the wife was happy). I then promptly had a weekend of fried and salty food (paired with just being flat out gassed from pushing) so I put back on a few pounds (ugh!). Hopefully it’s just water weight?!?!

Anyhow, after my little lapse in energy, got back into it with a double workout today. Hoping the scales are kind to me this week lol. Happy final week everyone, almost there!
