How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I got a long run in after my riding lesson today. My legs are trashed! Luckily, my horse was a good boy, but it's still a good leg workout to ride!

Unstoppable! Perhaps a soak in the bath &/or a massage is in order now? Or at the very least a good night’s sleep. Can I ask what are your go to’s for tired achy muscles when you are training for an event and increasing your miles? Do you do resistance training as well? I know many runners swear by it. It’s not something I’m doing currently (am too busy running :joy:) but am thinking I may need to…

Hi Dale! I am not currently doing resistance training, but I really should! I do body weight exercises such as lunges, squats, push-ups, and crunches. For a sore achy body, I do a lot of stretching, foam rolling, and sit in a hot sauna! The sauna is dual purpose as my race is in the desert. I call it "heat training" haha
