How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have a couple of heart tests this morning. I'm a little anxious. At the same time, I know I'm in a much better place than I was when this Transformer began.

It's okay to look back once in a while to see how far you've come. But the focus needs to be looking to see how far you will go.

I hope your tests went well, Keith. Definitely important to acknowledge, & feel self-congratulatory even, re how far we’ve come! Adopting-& maintaining-new habits sure isn’t easy; but then again neither was the alternative for me (remaining overweight). Thank you for unwavering positivity, wisdom, & commitment on here, even when encountering setbacks or challenges along the way (aka “life” I guess ).

Keep us posted on how the tests went!
